I understand that some people do not approve of these types of training devices. However, not everyone is lucky enough to have a quiet and obedient dog, so please be understanding that others do. I don't know about you guys, but when I invite guests to my home, I'd prefer if I didn't have to battle my dog to get a word in edgewise. He, Magnum (my 4 year old, yorkie mix), likes to yap and yap at certain people. Most times I just won't welcome them back. When I ordered this collar, I wasn't quite sure what all to expect when it came to the company, the product or anything else since I had never heard of them. In the description, it explained every question that I needed answered, which is nice because not all Amazon sellers do. Shortly after accepting my payment I had received an email that thanked me for my "purchase", explained the shipping process and time it would take for it to get to me, informed me that this email also had my digital manual and instruction/training tutorial in it and that my package would be arriving as soon as possible. This made me very happy because I despise having to wonder what is going on with my packages as I'm sure the rest of you do!

The day my package arrived, I had NO IDEA it was even in my mailbox! The package was just a regular manilla envelope with a tiny 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" box inside of it. I pull it out and immediately recognize the logo on the box... that's when I started to get excited! I open it up and realize that this tiny little box is cram packed full of everything this collar came with! It had the device, the strap, 2 batteries (one being a spare), a mutlitool/tester (my tester did not work but that wasn't what I had purchased), 2 sets of prongs for big or little dogs and all the clips/adjusters needed to put it all together! I put it together (I had already taken care of the video and manual before the collar had arrived), tested it out... LOW AND BEHOLD!! IT WORKED!! SCORE!!!!
